IT BLENDS INTO NATURE

At the point where our civilization has come, global population growth, developing technology and the parallel growing industry have created great environmental problems. It is known that the most important of these problems is global warming. Global warming is an environmental disaster that is happening all over the world and on scales that have not been seen before. According to scientific predictions, global warming and the adverse climate changes associated with it will continue to affect the natural life and ecological balance negatively with an accelerating acceleration. One of the biggest reasons for this is that the carbon footprint of the products produced by the developing consumer industry is too high.In other words, the consumption of unit energy and raw materials used in the production of industrial products is very high. This means that the demand for petroleum and by-products of today’s industry indexed to oil and its by-products is increasing day by day. Here, science and common mind are long, searching for ways to get rid of this vicious cycle, researching new energy production techniques that will break this cycle, sources of raw materials other than petroleum, and carrying out huge budget research projects. One of the industries that has the least amount of solutions in this regard and which has a great deal of dependence on oil is construction materials, construction technology related sectors.

Although natural materials such as sand, cement, iron, brick etc. are natural materials  used on the basis of this industry, energy consumption is very high in the production stages of these materials. More importantly, these materials consume very high energy for heating and cooling throughout their lifetime. If you want to apply heat insulation to this buildings, you will see products that are petroleum byproduct, extremely harmful to nature and environment, indestructible, produce lethal gases at the time of fire and trigger fire. Stone wool, which is another solution, is not an ideal solution because of its strength, uneconomic and structural problems. Gas concrete, a building material that has become widespread in recent years, offers some advantages to the user in terms of insulation and lightness, but the structure is remain incapable in solving the problem due to high water absorption and its inability to transfer this water easily. The fact that the cost is high, the fact that the thermal conductivity values are better than other materials, but it is inadequate reveals that better solutions are needed in this sector. Our material is used in different forms, water can not be absorbed, it can be brought to desired lightness, it is much stronger than similar the likes of ones despite its high thermal insulation coefficient, it can be colored from raw material, its surface is made of stone, marble etc. it can be made decorative and look very stylish, its investment costs are very low, they require very little energy in the production phase, it do not burn, they are resistant to fire, it can remove its negative qualities. When used together with other materials in the industry it is candidate to fill this gap in the construction materials sector with its advantages. Thanks to the new construction technologies that are created using our materials and will be constructed in the future, buildings, structures that are much lighter, sleek, economical, carbon footprint is very low and comfortable could be produced.
