COMPONENT OF THE MATERIAL

Our material is mainly composed of clay, waste micronized quartz powder, modified organic binder and combinations of these components whose formulas belong to us. The air bubble form can be used in the insulation field and the rigid form without air bubble can be used in other construction materials. Our studies revealed that both forms can be used in the same material with the same process. We used this unique feature in the products we created. This feature is more descriptive; The front surface of the hard, desired image (stone, marble, decorative bricks, etc.), impermeable, colored, both insulation and decorative appearance with the appearance of plaster, paint and coating does not require the production of construction materials made possible. We named the air-bubble form of our material as GrePor and the air-bubble-free form as GreCer.

INCOMBUSTUBILITY:

A1 incombustable :

With the various materials added to the product, it is possible to produce heat plates which can withstand from 1200 to 1800 degrees(for special using).

HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENT:

It varies between 0.030 and 0.130 W / mK depending on the desired hardness and density.

UNIT M3 WEIGHT IN TERMS OF LOAD TO THE BUILDING:

Varies between 60 kg / M3 and 400 kg / M3 depending on the required hardness and density.

WATER PERMEABILITY:

The permeability can be adjusted to the desired permeability from 0 impermeability during production and suitably to be used. The form we use in our samples is water impermeable

PRESSURE RESISTANCE:

It varies from 25 kgf / cm2 to 60kgf / cm2 depending on the desired hardness and density.

SOUND INSULATION COEFFICIENT:

Not done yet. When considering the physical structure of the product and the values of the equivalent products, synthetic (polyurethane-EPS) isolation materials are more important than all other isolation materials.
