OUR WORKS THAT WE COMMERCIALIZED AND TURNED INTO PRODUCTS

For many years, we have produced thousands of types and features of indoor and outdoor decoration materials from ceramics and other materials.

We became very good friends with some of the materials we used during our enjoyable work. We have seen that some of them are seemingly friendly, but cause great harm to human health, nature and quality of life during their use and lifetime. We have eliminated these materials from our production processes as much as possible.

The only material that gave us the most pleasure and that we did not see any harm to was always clay. That’s why we loved it so much and started a long-term R&D study on clay since 2015. We saw that although we were very good friends, we did not know clay at all.

We never realized that its capabilities, its compatibility with modern production methods, its capacity, could make significant contributions to the solution of the climate change problem that the world is facing today… Not only us, but the whole world and industry players are so caught up in the illusion of being easy, cheap, consume quickly, buy quickly. They have almost forgotten this ancient friend of all of us, and at the point we have reached today, this virtual paradise they created with the illusion of being easy, cheap, consume quickly, buy quickly is about to turn into a real hell…

The products and production techniques you will see below and in the links provided are the results of our reacquaintance with clay and our awareness of its ancient friendship…
We believe that if these studies can find enough support, they will make great contributions and be decisive in solving chronic problems such as global climate change and an unhealthy environment.

During this process, we clearly saw that the materials and techniques we developed are very likely to be used and developed for huge industrial applications. As we always emphasize, with the R&D studies to be carried out in these areas, the materials and techniques we develop are candidates for becoming the “INDUSTRIAL AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES OF THE FUTURE”.

You are no longer confined to water tanks made of plastic, polyester or expensive stainless metal with a high carbon footprint, and food products prepared in them.

We are revolutionizing this field with the materials and production techniques we develop.

Your food and beverages no longer have to be ripened or prepared in plastic or polyester tanks or warehouses.

You now have a new sustainable alternative that is at least as healthy as stainless steel, much more economical than stainless steel, and has a lower carbon footprint.

With our ‘Do It Yourself’ panels, you can build your own building without any construction knowledge or experience. And 100% ecological!

Check out the aesthetic wall creating panels we have created using GrePor, GreCer and different third party insulation industry products…

Our stylish surface coating products, which we have created with GreCer, are an alternative to many products on the market and are unique.

Inspired by traditional sound insulation and acoustic plates, these plates will change your vision in acoustics and sound insulation.

In this age where the carbon emission and carbon footprint we create have become very important, there are also steps we can take individually…

While doing our work, we combine, mix, laminate and layer materials with very different properties, in accordance with the nature of our work.

We realized that some of the materials resulting from these processes have very interesting properties that we have not seen or known before.

When we scanned the resources on materials science on this subject, we found the answers we were looking for under the title “COMPOSITE MATERIALS”.

Briefly;

Composite material (also called composition material) is a general name given to materials made from two or more component materials with significantly different physical or chemical properties, which when combined become a material with properties different from the previous one.

To explain it in a little more detail;

A new material formed by combining at least two different materials in macro dimensions is called a composite material. The aim of composite production is to add new properties to materials that are not suitable on their own and cannot dissolve in each other, in order to make them suitable for their areas of use. (Strength, lightness, flexibility, cost, etc.)

Composite materials form their main structure from two components.

  • Matrix Material (Polymer, metal and metal alloy, ceramic based materials)
  • Reinforcement Material (Steel, carbide, aramid, nylon, etc.)

Composites generally get their strength from hard and brittle reinforcement materials. Matrix materials provide toughness and ductility to the composite. The task of holding the materials together is also in the matrix material.

Composite material has a wide range of usage areas due to both its high strength and lightness.

When we examined the products in the global composite market, we saw that some composite materials were very rare and had very high prices.

The main factors that determine the desired and high price can be listed as durability, flexibility and A1 class fireproofing. If we add lightness to these features, unfortunately we can use the concept of “NONE” for the material with this feature that users are looking for.

At this point, examples and applications of some of the work we have done come to the fore, and we can easily say that our material can revolutionize this field if the necessary advanced studies are carried out.

We do not make this claim casually or to unduly praise the material. Our works, the images of which you have seen on our site (and those you have not seen yet), are the material we use, especially in ecological water tanks, and which we have finalized with a long-term study, is a “FLEXIBLE, VERY DURABLE AND STURDY, LIGHTWEIGHT, CLASS A1 FIREPROOF” COMPOSITE material.

Especially our material named GreCer can be used in the field of artistic objects. Click “more” and check out our unique designs and products…

Anyone with standard skills can assemble our modular wall and building panels and create structures such as buildings, huts, warehouses, sound-heat-proof machine rooms, cabins, changing rooms, showers and toilets in sizes suitable to their needs.

As you can see on our website, we have many wall panel types with different features for different areas. There is a frame made of spruce timber around our panels. The panels are placed side by side and screwed together very easily and quickly. Provided that the infrastructure is ready, the structure takes shape quickly within a few hours.

The trees that make up the panel frames are carbonized with high heat before production, and the resin inside the tree is changed by heat, making the tree stable. In this way, when our panels come together, they create an extremely stylish appearance.

Again, thanks to the carbonization of the trees that make up the casing, bacteria, fungi, mold and harmful insects can never harbor in the structure of the tree, and the casing is not affected by water and moisture.

In this way, it can be used in a healthy way for many years without rotting, bacteria, fungi or harmful insects. In other words; The life of our panels is parallel to the life of the building.

By integrating this system with our roof panels with the same features that we maintain and are in the finalization phase, we will present a very cheap, healthy, very stylish, comfortable, even luxurious, environmentally friendly and sustainable building system to the construction industry.
